Mr. Arihant Jain is a post-graduate from ICMA Centre, University of Reading, U.K. with a M.Sc. in International Securities, Investment and Banking and holds a double bachelor's degree from Bond University, Australia in Business Administration and Communication (Business). His brief stint in a UK based financial firm gave him great insights into the business world.

Mr. Arihant Jain has taken up the challenge to make Arissan a truly Global Conglomerate and it is due to his spirit of enterprise and thirst to explore that has made Arissan foray into the power and the real estate sector. He aims to light more than just a bulb in every village/town and his philosophy is simple - "When you bring electricity or quality infrastructure into a town or village, you immediately change its economic profile."

Soni Jain

Director HR & Communications

Ms. Soni Jain, an MBA from XLRI has strong experience in the fields of Finance and Human Resources. With her efforts, she has taken charge of Human Resource, Communications & CSR activities. Ms. Jain has been recognized for her dynamism, outstanding brilliance and invaluable contribution to the organization for growth in the field of human resource development and social improvement. She was conferred with the Silver Medal by the ICFAI, Hyderabad and she has also been in the merit list of Calcutta University, B.Com (H) at graduation level. Her stint at the finance division of HSBC has given her knowledge of international and global conglomerate workings and has enhanced her vision to make Arissan a truly global conglomerate.

Mukul Lal Sah

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. M.L. Sah, an Engineer from BITS (Pilani), was the Executive Director of BHEL in a career spanning over 39 years. Mr. Sah has extensive experience in the areas of Construction Management, Project Management, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Servicing of Power Plants, Materials Management, Engineering Procurement & Purchase, Advanced General Management, Technical Services & After Sale Services.  Moreover, he has gone through various trainings & seminars during his stint with BHEL on Special Project Management, 210MW TG by Technopromexport at USSR, Advanced Management Programme from IIM, Lucknow, Senior Management Programme by MDI, Gurgaon & Robert H.Smith School of Business, Maryland/USA and Tata Management Training Centre, Pune & AIMA. He is also credited with remarkable improvement in overall physical & financial performance of all the three Power Sector Regions of BHEL by bringing in technical innovations in construction & commissioning activities of power plants.
